Return Policy Features:

  • Replacement Window: 7 days from receipt of product.
  • No refunds/ No returns
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, with original packaging, tags, and accessories, complete box
  • Process: Contact JXL CUSTOMER SUPPORT with all the details (including Bill and unboxing video/pictures) number before sending.
  • Shipping: Customer pays return shipping (one side) in case sending after 7 days of receipt of product.
  • Damaged/Defective: Contact within 7 days with photos and videos in case of going for replacement.
  • Warranty: One year warranty service for all manufacturing defects.
  • Non-Returnable/ Replacement : In case of any physical damage on product (will be repaired only on paid basis with courier charges of both sides)
